These classes are perfect if you are looking to relax, switch off, lessen stress, alleviate back pain, address sleeplessness and so much more. Styles include yin yoga, yoga nidra, TRE and inner axis. 

A yoga class that focuses on improving strength and mobility using gentle and repetitive routines in order to develop an understanding of posture, spinal health and how to maintain it. Classes will include pain and anatomy education, breathing and relaxation.

Classes consist of precisely structured movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity.

Max Strom’s Inner Axis system incorporates breath-based yoga movement and mindfulness to deal directly with sleeplessness, stress and anxiety.

A mind-body-spirit practice to improve mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound and focused intent.

These classes are about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and centering of your breath and body.
