– improve immune system
– control weight and body shape
– improve skin condition
– improve digestion and bowel movement
– increase energy and general wellbeing
– increase relaxation
– improve sleep.
how do you prepare for the first appointment?
There are six points of preparation:
-
hydrate – Drink water. It helps soften the colon wall from any matter meaning better results on the day.
-
fibre – Increase your fruit and veggies intake as foods rich in fibre help to brush older substances to the large intestine, which will be flushed on the day of the appointment. This allows for a cleaner digestive system.
-
reduce – Limit your non-medical diuretics and dehydrating substances like tea, coffee, vinegar, salt and alcohol. Allow your body to maximise the moisture you are giving it, rather than flushing it out.
-
natural – Eat foods as close to natural as possible (e.g. reduce your intake of processed foods). They put less strain on your body and are easier to assimilate.
-
avoid – Avoid food and drink that makes you gassy! Gas lurks in the pockets of your system for a long time and whilst we will help to relieve this, the less gas there is, the less sensitive your tummy will be to the treatment.
-
repeat – Be prepared for more than one session. There could be years of build-up that require on-going assistance. For many, it’s an instant result, but it can also be an on-going process for a cleaner, better you.
