By clicking "book", "create account" or by confirming a booking by any other means, I acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there could be a risk of personal injury.
I acknowledge that triyoga is not responsible for any injury or loss whatsoever unless you fail to carry out your obligations to a reasonable standard or breach duties imposed by law, but you will not be responsible where any alleged failure is due to: (i) my own fault; (ii) a third party unconnected with your provision of services under this agreement; or (iii) events which neither you nor your suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled even if you had taken all reasonable care. I understand your liability is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the damage was due to a negligent act or omission by you.
When practising yoga or receiving an online treatment at home, I understand it is my responsibility to make sure the area around me is clear of any obstructions that may cause damage to me or my home before I start my practice or treatment.
At time of booking, I confirm that neither I nor anyone I have been in close proximity to, have any symptoms related to Covid-19 within the last 14 days.
I agree to all Covid-19 Health and Safety measures required to visit any triyoga centre, including but not limited to, wearing PPE on arrival, in the centre, departing the building and abiding by the social distancing rules throughout the centre at all times.
I understand I will not be expected to wear PPE whilst in class unless required by you or UK Government guidelines to do so. If I wish to wear PPE it is my personal choice.
I understand I will be required to wear PPE for any in person treatments or equipment Pilates classes. I confirm I will bring my own mask to wear where required.
I agree to having my temperature checked prior to entering any triyoga centre by a member of staff, and if my temperature is above UK Government guidelines I understand I will not be permitted to enter the building.
I confirm that if I or anyone I have been in close proximity with show any symptoms related to Covid-19 within fourteen days before visiting any triyoga centre, I will contact the centre direct to cancel or re-schedule my booking, and I will not be charged the late cancellation fee if I cancel before the class commences.
If I have visited a triyoga centre for a class, workshop, course, training or treatment and show any symptoms relating to Covid-19 after my visit, I confirm that I will contact the centre team immediately.
It is possible that the in-centre classes I attend may be live streamed, and I understand that the camera is located in a place where class participants will not be in view. In the event that there is a possibility that I could be in view, I understand I will be advised, and my permission requested before the class commences. I understand I will have the opportunity to move to a mat that will be out of shot.
