Charlotte Watts: nutritional therapy
Charlotte is a high-profile nutritional therapist, practising for over 15 years and winner of the CAM Award for Outstanding Practice 2012. She specialises in stress-related issues and conditions, bringing a mindful approach to not just what we eat, but how the emotional triggers and personal circumstances that drive us towards food and lifestyle habits. She works from Functional Medicine and Psychoneuroimmunological (PNI) approaches (with testing where appropriate) to consider all aspects of our health intertwined. She is author of many books, including her latest The De-Stress Effect (Hay House 2015). She currently lectures for The Minded Institute, having previous lectured for The Institute of Optimum Nutrition and the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Santosh Kaur: acupuncture, Chinese herbs + tui na massage
Santosh provides Acupuncture for all conditions with specific focus on fertility, pregnancy and muscular-skeletal complaints. Her dedication and enthusiasm enables her to treat each case individually, which in turn makes her a unique practitioner with almost two decades of experience in injury related complaints. Santosh was awarded ‘best overall’ performance in Acupuncture and a scholarship for her Master’s degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster. Santosh’s specialist post-graduate training included internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, gynaecology, dermatology and tui na massage, assisting some of the most eminent professors and medical doctors in China’s major hospitals.

Sarah Whiting: craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, thai yoga + therapeutic massage
Sarah has studied and practised extensively in the eastern and western traditions of bodywork over the last 27 years. Her training began in 1989 with study in Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She spent 5 years learning the art of Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand, India and the UK. Whilst in Asia Sarah also spent some time studying Ayurvedic Massage in an Ayurvedic hospital in Kerala, south India. In 2000 she begun learning the gentle and subtle, yet powerful, work of Craniosacral Therapy in the Upledger tradition. Sarah is experienced at treating a wide range of conditions. She combines her knowledge, intuition and nurturing style to suit her clients’ needs. Her aim is to help restore a sense of harmony, balance and wholeness to an individual.

Slavo Latko: lomi lomi nui massage + sound massage
Slavo is a qualified massage and sound therapist. His core training is in the ancient Hawaiian massage art of Lomi Lomi Nui, which he has practised since 2008. His other speciality is sound massage with therapeutic singing bowls and other instruments that produce deeply healing sound vibrations. Slavo’s treatments are focused on the soulful nurturing of body and mind. His gentle and friendly nature creates a healing space. The aim is to restore your inner harmony and provide access to your own insight. For the last 8 years Slavo has worked to promote the ancient body working techniques of Lomi Lomi in the UK. He runs a practice in Highgate known as Lomi Lomi London.

Yvonne Mattis; medical pedicure + podiatry
Yvonne is a podiatrist with over 4 years’ experience in dealing with a wide range of foot disorders. She has both NHS and private practice experience. She offers a wide range of foot treatments but one of her most popular treatments include the “medical pedicure” which addresses foot pathology combined with a cosmetic finish and a mini massage. Your feet will not only look fabulous, but you will also feel like you are walking on air!
