Feeling a bit awry after a long dark January? Bring everything into balance and alignment with this 4 week course with longstanding Iyengar teacher Sue Darling. Iyengar yoga is known for being a progressive, safe and orderly style of yoga, making it suitable for all ages and abilities and a good starting point for those completely new to yoga. Expect to use plenty of props and maybe even the ropes that you see hanging from the walls of some of our studios.
Ideal for those: completely new to yoga or for existing yoga practitioners who are keen to explore Iyengar yoga, but would like an introduction to the practice before diving into a scheduled class.
