Do you have an addictive nature? Most of us do, one way or another, but not all of us enjoy the experience. In this new workshop series, which is open to all as drop in sessions or as a full course, we will explore the background to these behaviours. Discovering what we can do to “change how we feel” in a way that does not create more harm, more disconnect, more pain. *This course can be booked as a complete 7 week set, or as individual classes. Class passes and monthly memberships can not be used. There will be a one week break on Monday 17th April for the bank holiday weekend.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging style of yoga, whereby each movement is synchronised with the breath, and a set series of poses are linked in a constant flow. This course creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently join any of our level one or open level classes or ashtanga self-practice. A basic level of fitness is helpful when starting ashtanga yoga.

If you’re completely new to yoga or want to revisit the fundamentals, Tanya Love is offering a six week yoga beginners course. Some of the many benefits of yoga include: improvement in posture and breathing, increased tone, strength and flexibility, a greater ability to cope with stress and a feeling of calm. This course creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can then investigate the different styles of yoga in any of triyoga’s Open and Level One classes.

mindfulness meditation: a 4 week course with Yogi Ashokananda

This four week foundation meditation course offers a clear and practical approach to starting up or deepening meditation practice. Each session includes a meditation practice and a discussion of related teachings. Participants are expected to practice meditation between sessions and come to the course prepared to discuss their experience if they wish in a safe and supportive environment.
