We have a number of exciting beginners courses starting next month, including general beginners yoga, Iyengar yoga, shadow and kundalini.

If you’re completely new to yoga or want to revisit the fundamentals, we are offering five- and six-week yoga beginners courses. These courses create a strong and safe foundation from which you can then investigate the different styles of yoga in any of triyoga’s open and level one classes.

Kundalini yoga for beginners: a 6-week course in Ealing
This course is the perfect choice to get you comfortable with a very transformative form of yoga. Kundalini yoga is said to be the mother of all yogas. The kundalini is a curl of energy held in the base of the spine that we work with, raising consciousness and strengthening the physical body so that it can hold its exquisite self as it opens. Raimonda will teach postures and breathing exercises, and you will be introduced to kundalini yoga mantras and experience different types of meditations to specifically work on releasing stress.

Shadow yoga stage one conditioning: a 5-week course in Camden
Shadow yoga classes work with dynamic sequences of both flowing movements and static postures to break down restrictions in the body, and develop strength and stamina. An understanding and competence in these basic movements lay a fundamental foundation not just for shadow yoga practice, but indeed all and any other style of yoga too, such is their versatility.
