Paula has 36 years’ experience as a physiotherapist providing treatment for all ages and all levels of fitness. With extensive knowledge in the management of injuries in elite sports people she has attended numerous international events including 2 Olympic Games as dedicated team physiotherapist to the British Sailing Team. Paula’s ability to analyse an individual’s physical and energetic state enables her to provide a treatment programme tailored to the individual.

Daniel Roszik Csendes: lomi lomi massage
Daniel is a heart-centred complementary therapist with 17 years of experience in providing treatments and massages that include: Reiki, Swedish massage, Indian Head massage, Prana healing, Lomi Lomi Nui (Hawaiian) massage. Passionate about Hawaiian massage Daniel perfected a 4 handed version of this treatment and started to teach it with his wife Dora soon after. Daniel has been working at the Champneys and The Grove. He also had the honour of massaging enlightened masters Mooji and James Eaton, as well as Jan Day, one of UK’s most renowned Tantra teacher. As a previous corporate trainer and coach, Daniel understands the importance of healing and relaxation in his clients’ lives.
