Hello,
Firstly, I wanted to wish you a happy and healthy Easter (enjoy the chocolate bunnies) or Passover (enjoy the matzah) or just to be happy and healthy.
I’m starting these by saying that I trust you and your loved ones are well because right now (and actually probably always) this is the most important thing, and being happy (but that’s a given, right?).
I, like probably a lot of us at this time, am on a family (with quite a large number of cousins) WhatsApp group and what has amazed me is their humour (or lack of it) with some of the videos floating around. People who know me are probably raising a socially distanced eyebrow as my ‘humour’ can be considered a bit dry or even not funny.
It’s been three weeks and counting since we closed our centre doors. And it’s fair to say we miss seeing you on a physical level but the wonders of technology have opened us all up to online live streamed classes with fantastic teachers, plenty of mat space and no latecomers annoying us when we have to move our mats. We appreciate it has its own glitches, but we are working to keep improving the classes.
As you know, we’ve suspended all monthly memberships while our centres are closed. So, if you’ve paid for days that you’ve not been able to use, don’t worry – these will be on your account when we reopen.
I had a call the other day from a student who insisted that we do not put his monthly membership on hold – he wanted to support us. And then I heard that a lot of you had requested the same which is really kind. So, thank you so much. This really helps and, as a thank you from us, we are offering them unlimited access to our online classes. If you would like to do this, that would be amazing. Just contact us and we’ll set it up.
Finally, wishing you a happy and healthy Easter (enjoy the chocolate bunnies) and Passover (enjoy the matzah).
Best wishes,
Jonathan Sattin
