Hello and I trust that you are as well as you can be.
I’m writing this early Thursday evening in London. It’s warm and I can hear the birds still singing in our garden. The sound for some reason reminds me of my family’s garden where I grew up. So safe and secure. Is it possible to have that feeling now with all the apparent turmoil? Therein lies the challenge we’ve all be set and for what it’s worth I believe we can, together as humanity and as a community.
We live fortunately right by Hampstead Heath and one of the things I love is taking my dogs for walks. Over the first few weeks it felt like the lottery to me as some people had no intention of social distancing. It felt like a rather risky game of who blinks first. And it took me some time to stop feeling a bit ‘peeved’ before I got it. I have to take responsibility, for myself and as a friend said to me, for humanity. Now my walks require careful choice of time of day and routes, but I love them again (most of the time).
Right now we don’t know how long this version of lockdown and all it entails will last (which has pluses and minuses) but over this weekend we have astral guidance from Gahl Sasson, a long time friend and visitor at triyoga. He’ll be shedding some light on current events and looking ahead, through astrology. I hope you’ll join us. Keep well.
Best wishes,
Jonathan
