These times are challenging and, while the most important thing we can do is stay at home, self-care is as important now than ever. That’s why we’ve created a schedule of online one to one treatment’s that you can do from the safety of your own home.
Do they work?
Yes! All our online treatments have been tested and chosen because they are safe and effective. Many of our therapists offer a free 10-minute consultation to talk through what to expect from a session and to answer your questions.
Of course we’re missing human contact and touch – nothing will ever replace this – but having someone to independently hold space for you in your front living room, during this time of crisis, can be extremely healing.
We have five main treatment categories: alternative medicines, energy healing, physical therapies, mind therapies and beauty.
Alternative medicines
These include homeopathy, at home reflexology, Chinese medicine and ayurvedic consultations. These treatments are great if you have a specific health concern and want to treat it with natural interventions.
Beauty
Admittedly we can’t cure all your skincare troubles over Zoom, and nothing beats a good facial, but online skincare consultations are really helpful if you need some advice or support. Our therapists do a skin analysis over the camera and will then look at your skincare routine, diet and lifestyle, giving you advice to help you tackle problem areas.
Energy healing
Many of our therapists have offered distance energy healing for years. Energetically, we’re all connected. Your therapist attunes to your energy body, and channelling healing energy, helps to harmonise and support your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Mind therapies
Maybe you’re finding this time emotionally triggering and need some support, or you’re looking for self-development guidance or coaching. These treatments are perfect for Zoom, as they are mostly talking therapies.
Physical therapies
You may be experiencing some musculoskeletal pain due to the reduced physical activity and working from home. Our physical therapies include home back care, physio assessment, injury recovery, exercise advice and partner massage tutorials.
How do I book?
It’s simple really:
- Go to the triyoga treatments schedule. Select your desired treatment and book. Please provide us with your correct email address and telephone number.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your booking and instructions on how to download Zoom.
- The therapist will contact you directly with an email “invitation”. Click the link to join the meeting.
- Don’t worry if you’re having difficulty connecting. The therapist will have your details to contact you and give you support – and if they can’t help, a member of the triyoga team will step in.
Some therapists offer a free 10-minute Zoom consultation. This is to give you a chance to ask them any questions you may have before booking the session.
What do I need?
- A good internet connection
- A desktop, laptop, ipad or mobile with a camera.
- Headphones, if available.
- Somewhere quiet to sit – to give yourself some undisturbed privacy.
