If you could be remembered for one thing what would it be?
Helping people identify, recognise and interpret synchronicities and magic in their life.
What’s your favourite quote?
“Understand with Wisdom and be wise with Understanding” from the Book of Creation.
What do you attribute the biggest successes in your life to?
Imagination
What do you think your future self will remember about you now?
Flying around the world and escaping jet-lag.
What one book would you recommend reading?
The book each one of us has the potential to write.
Who would you most want to be on a desert island with?
My partner (for real).
What is the secret to a happy and fulfilled life?
Acceptance. That is what the Hebrew word “Kabbalah” means. When we accept the good and bad things in our lives we can actually have the magic to change them.
Where is your happy place?
In a nexus of a synchronicity. When two story-lines meet to create a new one. I love when that happens to me or to others. It is the feeling of oneness.
If you could teach everyone in the world one concept, what concept would have the biggest impact on humanity?
Sharing
Is intelligence or wisdom more useful?
See my favorite quote – I think now you can understand and be wiser.
What life-altering things should every human ideally get to experience at least once in their lives?
Following an omen, a sign, a synchronicity and thus finding gold at the end of the rainbow.
What two questions would you ask to get the most information about who a person truly is?
For me as someone who follows the wisdom of the stars it is very simple: when where you born? Where were you born? Thus I can cast the chart that tells us everything.
What is the biggest waste of human potential?
Fear
How do you define consciousness?
As the whole of Creation. I believe the Universe is consciousness. There is no matter without consciousness being conscious of it.
What causes the most harm in the world, but is completely avoidable?
Greed
Has social media been a net positive or a net negative for our society? Why?
The internet in general and social media in particular is a modern manifestation of the ‘Tree of Knowledge Good and Bad’ from the mythology of Genesis. It is as if the ancient writers of the bible could see the future.
Good/Bad; Yin/Yang it’s a binary language of 01011001. Therefore, the internet is neither good nor bad. It depends on you. If you only focus on the internet or your social media outlet than the internet is bad. You can read about yoga online but it will never be the same as taking an actual class. If you balance social media with your social life outside of the binary world, then the internet can be great. Hey, you’re reading this online, no?
To what extent do you shape your own destiny and how much is down to fate?
It is the old argument that in psychology is seen as ‘Nature vs. Nurture’. Like the Buddha said, the golden path is between all extremes. Both are important but in some periods in our lives, fate is stronger. For example, during your Saturn return (ages 27 – 31 and 56 – 60) or other times where you have a great deal of movement in your chart.
Other times it is more up to your choices to determine your life. I feel we are the children of Mother Fate and Father Free Will. A good example: what makes one actor delivering the lines of Hamlet get an Oscar and another being chased off the stage? It is the same script (analogy to fate) as it is written before. What makes a perfect performance are the choices the actor makes while reading the fated script. So what we need for a great life is a good script and great artistic choices. Hence the importance of developing our imagination.
