Special classes on new year’s day
The first day of the year is an auspicious time to re-energise and refocus your yoga practice and life – bringing in positive transformational energy and setting your intentions for the year to come. For this reason, on 1st January every year we open for a special schedule of donation-based classes. Instead of charging for these classes, we ask you to donate an amount of your choice to your centre’s selected charity on the day.
Everyone is welcome at these classes – whether you are completely new to triyoga or we have seen you on the mat almost every day of 2019. All classes are open level, which means that they will be suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced students. A limited number of spaces in every class will be reserved for drop-ins, so if your chosen class is showing as fully booked online, please do turn up on the day at least 15 minutes before the class is due to start, as we will allocate drop-in spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. We hope to see you there.
