Our Barre classes are dynamic and upbeat, taught by former (and current) dancers. The limb-quivering sequences target the thighs and glutes, as well as the arms and abs. It’s a full-body workout loaded with low-impact and high-intensity moves that will sculpt, strengthen and elongate your muscles.
Suitable for all levels, ages and experiences.
You’ll perform exercises with the support of a ballet barre, small weights, Pilates balls and resistance bands.
Book classes up to eight days in advance, online or in person at reception.
Barre classes are available in Camden and Shoreditch only.
