Barre classes are dynamic, engaging and a perfect addition for those looking for an inspired exercise, which is effective both on its own or alongside a yoga and Pilates practice.
Exercises are performed with the support of a ballet barre, small weights, Pilates balls and resistance bands.
Classes can be booked up to seven days in advance, and can be booked online or in person at reception.
