At triyoga, we firmly believe that everyone can try yoga. Yoga is an ancient practice of mind-body-breath connection. There are many different styles of yoga, from more dynamic and flowing classes, hot and warm yoga, and rocket and inversion styles, to calming and restorative classes such as yin yoga and nidra yoga.
A regular practice is best for developing a regular ritual, which is why we recommend our monthly membership option.

Monthly membership valid for use by named pass holder only. Payments for the monthly unlimited pass will be charged to a debit or credit card on an automatic monthly basis in. Once activated, the flowing monthly membership requires 30 days minimum notice to cancel. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
