Ideal for Yoga Teachers
Designed to strengthen your confidence in teaching Restorative yoga, this training covers essential postures, sequencing, props, attunement, and hands-on support. It qualifies for CPD with Yoga Alliance CEP and Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP).
Who is it for?
Yoga teachers, trainees, and practitioners ready to deepen their relationship with rest and potentially share it with students, family, or friends. Some experience with Restorative yoga is helpful; curiosity is essential.
