We believe that yoga is for everybody and want to give you the chance to experience it for yourself.
Come along for the afternoon and enjoy a free 45-minute class, try a treatment taster, find out more about what we have on offer and meet our wonderful staff, therapists and teachers.

There will be three 45-minute classes, taking place at 10.45am, 2.45pm and 7.30pm. If you would like to take part in any class, please book via the links below to secure your spot.Â

Throughout the afternoon we’ll be offering treatment taster sessions with our talented therapists. You’ll also have the chance to meet some of our teachers and staff and find out what yoga style and packages might be right for you. There’ll be refreshments and goodies from our retail partners including a bath salts and oils kindly donated by our friends at MOA. The goody bags will be available on a first come first serve basis as well.
