Our schedule of online classes features some of triyoga’s best-loved and most-experienced teachers and a wide range of yoga styles. Whether you’re brand new to yoga and finding your feet (quite literally perhaps) or you’ve been practising a while, we hope you’ll find a perfect class for you here.
It’s easy to get up and running and enjoying our classes in no time with these simple steps:
- Create a triyoga account:Â Click here to enter a few details and you’re ready to go. Don’t worry, you’re not committing to purchasing anything at this point.
- Choose a class:Â Click here to browse our schedule and click “book”. If you’re new to yoga, start with a class that says “open” or “level 1”.
- Choose a pricing option: A list will pop up with a few options, including a single class or packs of 5 and 10.
- Join the class: When you book, you’ll receive an email with a link. Click the link 10 minutes before the class and it’ll take you to Zoom, where we host all our classes. The teacher will start and the class and you can continue with your camera switched on (so the teacher can see you and give you plenty of guidance) or, if you prefer, with the camera off if you want a bit more privacy to begin with.
