trauma-informed practitioner training
<
overview
Trauma, or what we might also call wounding, is a universal human experience. It touches all of us in different ways. As practitioners and space holders, creating environments that feel safe, compassionate and inclusive is essential.
This immersive training invites you into a deeply experiential process where you will not only learn about trauma-informed practice, but begin to embody it. Through a blend of theory, somatic exploration and practical tools, you’ll develop a grounded understanding of nervous system regulation and how to support others with sensitivity and care. You will benefit from training with a small, intimate group and receive mentorship throughout.
Alongside this, you’ll be guided through your own inner work — building resilience within your own system and deepening the way you show up, both personally and professionally. This is as much a journey of personal transformation as it is a professional training, with impact that extends into your work, your clients and your wider community.
As one past participant shared:
“I am not the same person I was when I started this training.”
You’ll leave with the confidence to hold trauma-informed spaces with presence, awareness and integrity, rooted in both lived experience and practical understanding.
“This training has been not only essential to my practice as a teacher and creative facilitator, but also to my understanding of myself as a human being.” – Katie, Acting Tutor
“This training should be considered essential, not just for yoga teachers and bodyworkers, but for anyone because this is the most impactful and vital work you can ever do on yourself!” – Laura, Yoga
