October 2024 – July 2025
Susannah was one of the original teachers on the triyoga teacher training which she taught for over 14 years and has trained 100’s of teachers.
Having started yoga as a child and grown up with eastern philosophies, she passionately believes that yoga is a moving meditation and that, and its teachings should not be lost, and has created a training that makes the philosophy more accessible and integrated throughout.
Susannah teaches yoga to all ages from pregnancy onwards and is author of the best selling book ‘Yoga for kids’ published by DK, she also created the hugely popular ‘teaching Yoga to Children’ teacher training.
Susannah is a TrainerPro and SYT with YAPUK, and a BWY trained teacher, certified in Pregnancy Yoga, Massage, crystal healing, Reiki and various other holistic treatments, as well as being an experienced Doula.
Susannah has created a new and fully comprehensive training that has more of a focus on personal development, self-study, self-awareness, and self-practice.
By the end of this training, students will know how to teach and integrate the philosophy into their classes, will have been on a personal journey of self-discovery, will know how to ‘practice’ for their type and teach in a safe and incremental way.
Students will have home study and self-practice to complete between each of the modules, as well as philosophy and Anatomy assignments.
In addition to completing all homework, written and practical assessments, in order to graduate students must attend a minimum of 90% of the course. Should a student miss more than this, they will be required to take catch-up modules as agreed with Susannah with one of her assistants. These will be an additional charge.
Qualification will be on completion of all assignments and a final assessment on teaching.
All sessions will run 10.00-5pm, Saturday + Sundays.

– Interview and practice, once a student has been accepted, the places will be filled on a first come first bases via application process.
