The space at Camden is a beautiful renovated Victorian warehouse – originally a piano factory – with high ceilings, natural light and lots of space. The centre includes:
- 5 yoga studios including a far infrared heated studio
- Pilates and Gyrotonic studio
- Barre studio
- 6 treatment rooms for massages, osteo and holistic therapies
- Far infrared sauna (free to use and closes 15 minutes before the centre closes)
- Meditation room
- HELMA Café
- Disabled access (please ask for assistance)
- Yoga + lifestyle shop
- Classes also live-streamed from the studios via Zoom
I just loved everything, didn’t want to go home. It was peaceful and full of positive vibes.
