Founded in 2000, Triyoga is London’s leading yoga and Pilates centre—bringing together yoga, Pilates + barre, meditation and sound healing, plus treatments and therapy when you want deeper support.
Choose from 30+ class styles and 500+ classes a week, from far‑infrared Hot + Warm to dynamic flow, then slow it down with Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Practise in studio or livestream, and go deeper with workshops, courses and teacher training.

Frequently asked questions
How do Triyoga intro offers work?
Choose your offer, buy it online, then book classes straight from the timetable — your pass applies automatically at checkout when you’re signed in. Both offers are for new clients and valid for 14 days from purchase.
What can I book with an intro offer?
Both intro offers work across the whole Common Bond family — Triyoga, Barrecore, Boom Cycle and Reformcore. The 3 Class Intro gives you three classes to use within 14 days; 2 Weeks Unlimited gives you as many classes as you like for 14 days.
I’m a beginner—what should I book first?
Any class marked Level 1 or Open is beginner-friendly, and you can filter our class styles by the “Beginner-friendly” tag to see every option that suits a first-timer. For a structured start, our 4–6 week beginners’ courses build confidence week by week.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking online to guarantee your place — classes open for booking up to 8 days ahead, and you can book up to 30 minutes before start. If a class is full, join the waitlist and check back closer to class time.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel at least 12 hours before the start time and your class credit is returned to your account automatically; cancel within 12 hours (or don’t attend) and the credit isn’t returned and can’t be refunded. On an Unlimited Membership, a £10 charge applies to each late cancellation and each no-show. Private 1:1 and small-group sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy — cancel by calling or emailing your studio; within 24 hours the session credit is forfeited.
What do I need to bring—and when should I arrive?
Mats and props are provided, so just arrive ready to practise. Please arrive 10 minutes early (15–20 minutes for your first visit); if a class has a waitlist, check in at least 5 minutes before the start or your space may be released. Late entry isn’t allowed for Hot classes and TRE® — the warm-up matters.
Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
We recommend not practising yoga or Pilates in your first trimester. From your second trimester onwards you’re very welcome in our pre- and postnatal classes.
