Workshops timetable
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a workshop and a course?
A workshop is a single session or day — a deep-dive into a style, technique or theme. A course runs over several weeks with the same group and teacher, building step by step (our beginners’ courses are the classic example).
Do you run courses for complete beginners?
Yes — our 4–6 week beginners’ yoga and Pilates courses build confidence and technique from week one. You’ll find upcoming start dates on this timetable, and the “Beginner-friendly” tag on class styles shows you where to go next.
I want to go deeper — what about teacher training?
Workshops and courses are the perfect bridge. When you’re ready, our teacher trainings run from 200-hour foundations to 300-hour advanced programmes and specialist CPD.
How do I book a workshop or course?
Book directly from the timetable above — places are limited and popular workshops fill up, so booking early is worth it.
What's the cancellation policy for workshops and courses?
Cancel 28 days or more before the start date and you’ll receive a refund as account credit. Within 28 days, refunds or transfers are only available if your place can be filled from the waitlist — or if you can’t attend due to illness, injury or pregnancy with a doctor’s note (refunded minus a 20% + VAT administration fee). If we ever need to cancel a workshop or course, you’ll be offered a full refund or a transfer. Full details in our terms of use.
