How do I get my Zoom link?
Your Zoom link is sent automatically to the email address you used when booking — it arrives in a class reminder email before the session starts.
I can't find my Zoom link — what should I do?
First check your spam or junk folder, the Promotions tab if you use Gmail, and that you’re looking in the inbox of the email account you booked with. You can also log into your account and find the link under My Bookings / Schedule. If you still can’t find it, contact the studio team before the class start time and they’ll resend it.
When should I join the class?
Please join 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time so you have time to get set up.
The Zoom link isn't working — what can I try?
Open the link from the latest reminder email, restart Zoom or your device, or try a different browser or device. If it still isn’t working, contact the studio team straight away.
Can I share my Zoom link?
No — links are personal and valid for one booking only.
What do I need at home?
Just a mat and enough space to stretch out. Anything else is optional — cushions, blankets and a belt make good stand-ins for studio props, and your teacher will offer alternatives where they’re needed.
