Frequently asked questions
Where is Triyoga Shoreditch and what are the nearest stations?
You’ll find us at 10 Cygnet Street, London E1 6GW, just off Brick Lane. Nearest stations: Shoreditch High Street (3 min), Liverpool Street (13 min) and Old Street (14 min).
Is there parking near Triyoga Shoreditch?
There is a small paid car park on Sclater Street opposite the studio, and local street parking nearby. Restrictions change street by street, so please check the signage when you arrive.
What facilities are available at the Shoreditch studio?
Shoreditch has three light-filled studios for yoga and Pilates, a café and a yoga + lifestyle shop — with disabled access, plus changing rooms, showers and lockers. Towels are available to rent for a small fee.
Is Reformcore at Triyoga Shoreditch?
Yes — the Shoreditch building is also home to a Reformcore studio. Triyoga’s intro offers include access to classes at all four Common Bond brands — Barrecore, Boom Cycle, Reformcore and Triyoga — see our intro offers.
Do I need to bring a mat or props?
No — mats and the equipment you need are provided at all our Triyoga centres. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
When should I arrive, and what's the late entry policy?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. If a class is fully booked and you haven’t signed in 5 minutes before, your spot may be offered to the waitlist. Late entry is limited — latecomers can’t be admitted to Hot classes (and TRE®) once class has started, and for other classes late entry may not be permitted beyond a short window.
What's the studio etiquette on arrival?
For everyone’s comfort, we ask you to remove your shoes at reception, keep voices low, and move quietly through the space. Phone calls aren’t taken in common areas, and phones should not be taken into class.
Does Triyoga Shoreditch offer treatments?
Yes — Shoreditch has two treatment rooms, so you can pair practice with recovery in one visit. Book via the treatments timetable.
