Does Triyoga Camden have a sauna?
Yes — Camden has a far-infrared sauna, complimentary with memberships and eligible class packs. It’s the perfect way to warm up before class or wind down after. Ask at reception on your first visit and the team will show you how it works.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. If a class is fully booked and you haven’t signed in 5 minutes before, your spot may be offered to the waitlist. Late entry is limited — latecomers can’t be admitted to Hot classes (and TRE®) once class has started, and for other classes late entry may not be permitted beyond a short window.
What's the studio etiquette on arrival?
For everyone’s comfort, we ask you to remove your shoes at reception, keep voices low, and move quietly through the space. Phone calls aren’t taken in common areas, and phones should not be taken into class.
