Course Details

Are you feeling called to bring women together in deeper connection, healing and community? In a fast-paced modern world, many women are longing for spaces where they can slow down, feel supported and belong — and women’s circles offer a powerful antidote to stress, overwhelm and isolation, creating opportunities for authentic connection, shared wisdom and collective healing.

This immersive 50-hour training with Anna Brook blends the art of circle facilitation with yogic practices, breathwork, somatic and embodiment techniques, and ritual and ceremony. You’ll participate in a range of circle experiences while learning the often unseen foundations of exceptional space holding — the invisible architecture that allows a circle to feel safe, impactful and deeply nourishing.

By the close of the training you will:

  • Know how to create empowering women’s circles that nourish your community — and your own sense of purpose
  • Hold space with deepened confidence, rooted in ethical practice
  • Carry a toolkit of rituals, techniques + practices to enhance your circles
  • Be guided in trauma-informed facilitation approaches
  • Understand the difference between “teaching” and “circle holding” — and move confidently between the two
  • Leave with your own unique circle offering and a clear starting point

What past participants say:
“Anna brings beauty, insight, wisdom, and years of experience… The training is rich, generous, and created with so much care.” — Helene, yoga teacher
“Such a rich toolbox of frameworks, practices, skills… I truly feel ready and capable to facilitate! Inspiring, heartfelt, fulfilling… 10/10.” — Kasia, astrologer
“None have left me feeling so prepared to go out and deliver some of the teachings so readily. The two words I keep feeling are ‘intentional’ and ‘aligned’.” — Beth, yoga teacher
“I feel fully equipped to begin my journey as a facilitator, but mostly I have a full heart.” — Lauren, singer
“The biggest thing I gained was feeling heard and seen… Anna is a fantastic teacher and I learnt so much.” — Clare, founder of Her Land + journalist
“To deeply experience how circle felt was so powerful… it completely exceeded my expectations.” — Nadia, yoga teacher

Beautiful yoga studio tucked away in a quiet (!) part of Camden. It's surprisingly vast, has a spacious sitting area with a café and some really good classes. Friendly staff and good changing/shower facilities means I'll be coming back for more!

Attended Sarah Picton's Open Level Vinyasa class she was covering. Such a beautiful experience, loved the integration of yoga philosophy, the energising sequence and head massage and guided yoga nidra at the end. She makes such an effort with themes and gave us each these hand-drawn yoga nidra visualization cards to take home.
The studio is spacious and calming and really friendly front of house too.

Great place! True yoga studio where yoga is yoga, not some random fusion to please modern demand )) Deep, breath work focused, true spiritual practice

The reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Gemma especially helped me out, when I had lost my necklace she stayed even after closing to make sure it was returned to me. Plus the yoga class was incredible, if you are looking to improve your ashtanga yoga practice!

I just finished my first ReformerCore Pilates workshop with Dunya, and I absolutely loved it! As a beginner, I appreciated how clearly she explained every exercise. She made me feel incredibly safe while still encouraging me to challenge myself. The pace of the class was spot on. Dunya was amazing, and I will definitely be back for more!
