another door opens
These unusual times may have forced us to (temporarily) close our doors, but this won’t keep us apart. We’re excited to announce that triyoga is now online – helping you stay connected to many of the teachers and therapists you already know and love.
Yoga and Pilates classes are running seven days a week with styles running the gamut. 50+ therapies are also available, with one-to-one appointments seven days a week, and we’ve got a growing schedule of online workshops with our triyoga teachers plus visiting teachers from around the world. All bookable in the usual way through our website and app.
online yoga + pilates classes
There is no doubt that things have changed over the last few weeks or even days, but if there’s one thing you can rely on, something that you know is unchanging, it is your yoga practice. So right now our physical studios may be closed (and we miss them and we miss you) but whether you are at home or in the studio, the yoga journey is still the same — and is one that can help you on so many levels.
To help you navigate these strange and unusual times, we have curated an online schedule that features some of triyoga’s best-loved and most-experienced teachers (and more will be added) who are teaching a broad range of styles and levels that reflect our physical studios from vinyasa to restorative, yin to ashtanga, yoga for cancer to pregnancy as well as pilates and some special classes to de-stress, to sleep, to keep your kids entertained, and to help you regain strength if you are recovering from illness.
We want to see you, and stay connected to you – even if it’s on Zoom.
These times also call for improved self-care and wellbeing. To support you through this journey, more than 50 alternative therapies are now available in the safety of your own home. Our experienced therapists are offering everything from energy healing to physical therapies, alternative medicine to mind therapies.
Online healing is a powerful experience. Try one, try them all – your immune system, nervous system, back, belly, head and heart will be happy you did.
workshops + trainings
We run workshops with some of the best yoga teachers from around the world. We’re now bringing these to you live and online, so you can deepen your practice while staying at home during these unique times. Don’t forget you can still book into our regular workshops later this year.
How does it work?
We’ve stuck to our usual booking process, to make this dive into the digital realm as seamless as possible. Follow these simple steps to book:
- Make sure you are logged in to your MBO account by clicking ‘login’ located in the top right-hand corner of the triyoga website.
- Visit our class schedule or treatments schedule, and locate your ideal class or therapy
- Click ‘book’
- Select the pricing option of your choice and hit ‘confirm’
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for your yoga or Pilates class, or further instructions for your therapy appointment
- If you are booking via our app, please go to settings and make sure email confirmations is switched on. This is so we can send you the Zoom link to join.
Please note: If you do not have an MBO account, please click here to create an MBO account. You’ll need this to enjoy all of our online yoga classes and therapies at home.
Finding this more confusing as Sanskrit at 5am? Don’t worry, we are here to help. Please email email@example.com with any questions and we’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: How do I purchase a class or therapy?
A: Visit our pricing page to purchase the class pass that best suits you. Or simply, click the ‘book’ button next to the class you want to attend and follow the simple steps to check out.
Q: How do I attend a class or therapy session?
A: Once you have booked your class or treatment, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. For yoga, it’s a Zoom link. For treatments, your therapist will contact you with next steps.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We have a range of price options. Check out our pricing page for details.
Q: Can I use my membership to pay for online classes?
A: We have suspended all memberships while our centres are closed. If you have any days remaining that you’ve already paid for, we will carry them all forward for you to use when we reopen. In the meantime, we’ve come up with different pricing for our online classes, to make them as accessible as possible, and you can purchase the new class passes through our website or app.
Some students have asked if they can continue paying their membership during the time we are closed (it’s an amazing gesture, which we really appreciate. It’s entirely up to you if you would like to of course). If you wish to do this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reactive your direct debit. You’ll then be able to use this to cover the online classes as well.
Q: Can I use my outstanding class passes to pay for online classes?
A: We’re trailing our new online classes as a way to help students continue their practice and connect with a teacher while our centres are closed. Because they are a bit different to our studio classes, we’ve come up with different pricing, which is cheaper than our usual class passes. You can buy individual classes or packs of 5 or 10 via our website or app.
If you have any outstanding classes on your previous passes, we want to make sure you don’t lose out. We’ve put these all on hold and you will be able to use them in centre when we reopen.
Q: How do I attend a class or therapy session?
A: Once you have booked your class or treatment, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. For yoga, it’s a Zoom link. For treatments, your therapist will contact you with next steps. An important tech note: If you are booking via our app, please go to settings and make sure email confirmations is switched on. This is so we can send you the Zoom link to join.
Q: What on earth is Zoom? And why do I need it?
A: Zoom is the online video platform that we are using to host our live classes. It can take a few minutes to set up, but it’s very user-friendly and we trust you’ll get the hang of it quickly. If Jonathan can master it, so can you! Click here to visit the robust Zoom help centre for more details on the techy stuff.
Q: I have not received my booking confirmation email with the Zoom link. Why not?
A: This can sometimes happen if you’re booking through the app but it’s easy to fix. If you are booking via our app, please go to settings and make sure email confirmations is switched on. This is so we can send you the Zoom link to join.
