additional information

“I signed up for Max’s training after experiencing powerful healing though his teachings and breathing technique. It’s simple, it’s powerful and it is healing. After completing several TT’s and immersion in different styles, I was competent in teaching and sharing my knowledge but I felt I was lacking tools to help people who are going through difficult transitions/times in their life. Seeing and witnessing the need for this in my students was a driving force for me to attend Max;s TT. I was curious to see and learn the technique, experience the benefits on myself, so I can share and help others on a more holistic way. My personal healing and transformation that took place throughout the TT inspired me even more to share this with my students. The need for learning and cultivating a regular breathing practice is growing because the stress levels in people is growing daily. I am grateful that I have these tools now , to help myself and my students.” Karen Lilleberg

“I thought I knew how to breathe until I experienced Max Strom’s breathing workshop. He guided me to a depth and openness I didn’t know was available. My heart, my breath, my spirit are nourished deeply by his teachings.” Janet Stone, triyoga visiting teacher, San Francisco, CA
