If you don’t remember your password, it’s very important that you don’t create a new account. Creating a new account means you won’t have access to your visit history or previously purchased passes.
To generate a password reset email simply:
1. Go to the forgotten password page
2. Enter your email address and press forgotten password
Yes your login will still work on the new website. Please do not create a new account otherwise you will not be able to access your historical bookings and payment history.

When in doubt, we recommend you try to generate a password reset email. If a matching email address is found in our database, we’ll send you a message with a verification link. Just click that link, choose a new password, and log in with your account – we’ll take care of the rest.

If you are logging in via the website our team in-centre can manually reset your password for you, if you are logging in via the app our ton desk team can trigger a password reset email, alternatively you can do this yourself by following these easy steps –
