We offer over 25 different styles of yoga classes on our schedule, from the familiar to the more alternative. Each month throughout 2018, we’ll be focusing on a different style, so you can discover more about the benefits, background and characteristics of each practice.

For the month of January we invite you to share your yoga and bring a friend for free to any ashtanga class (including Mysore style self-practice).
