Q. How much does a class cost?
A drop-in yoga or mat pilates class costs £17. We also offer a range of unlimited passes and class pass options. All of our pricing options can be found here.

Q. Do I need to book before attending?
We recommend you book online in advance to reserve your place, however 30% of class places are available for ‘drop-in’ and are only available to book in our centres 20 minutes before the start of the class.

Q. Which classes are suitable for beginners?
Any Level 1 or Open level class is suitable for beginners. View all beginners classes in the next 7 days here. We also have a range of 4 to 6 week beginners yoga and pilates courses.

Q. How far in advance can I book a class?
Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance and up to 30 minutes before the start of a class.

Q. Do I need to arrive early for my class?
We ask that if you have booked-in online, you sign-in a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the class start time. Please be aware that some popular classes have a waitlist, therefore if the class is fully booked and you do not sign-in 10 minutes before the start of your class you would not be able to take part in the class.

If you are dropping in to a class we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to ensure you are able to check in on time.

We do not allow any late comers into triyoga hot classes due to the importance of the warm-up postures.

Q. Will I be charged if I cancel my class booking?
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the start of your class will not be refunded. Cancellations made before this time will be credited back to your triyoga or ClassPass account.

Q. Can I attend a class if I’m pregnant?
We recommend that you do not practice yoga or Pilates in your first trimester. Find out more about our pre and postnatal classes and treatments.
